Each individual may hold only one account on PK65 Game. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching name, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address or any combination thereof — are prohibited. All duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Account Verification

PK65 Game may require you to verify your account before processing withdrawals or above a certain deposit threshold. Verification may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued ID (such as your CNIC), proof of payment method ownership and, in some cases, a selfie for identity confirmation. Documents are reviewed promptly and you will be notified of the outcome via your registered contact details.

All deposits on PK65 Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. Deposits are typically credited to your PK65 Game balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.

PK65 Game does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which PK65 Game bears no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may lead to the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds are returned to their source.

Standard withdrawal processing timelines at PK65 Game are as follows:

• Standard accounts: Processed within 24–48 hours of request submission.
• Gold VIP: Priority processing, typically completed within 12 hours.
• Platinum VIP: Same-day processing for requests submitted before 6pm PKT.
• Diamond VIP: Instant withdrawals, processed around the clock.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be asked to complete account verification as described in Section 3. Once verification is complete, subsequent withdrawals are processed without further documentation requests unless your account activity triggers an additional review.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are shown within your account withdrawal page. PK65 Game does not deduct fees from withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, standard bonuses (welcome and reload) carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit — must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. VIP Cashback — No Wagering

Weekly cashback rewards paid to VIP members (Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers) carry no wagering requirement. Cashback is credited to your real money balance every Monday and is immediately available for withdrawal or continued play.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus per player, household or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• PK65 Game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit — will result in the bonus being voided and may trigger an account review.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.

The PK65 Game sportsbook covers Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football, tournament organisers for Esports and PSL).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or declared a no-result, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change rapidly during live matches and PK65 Game accepts no responsibility for connection issues that may affect your ability to place in-play bets.
• PK65 Game reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are visible within the sportsbook before you confirm your wager.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a technical delay or any other reason — will be voided and stakes returned.

All Casino, Slots and Live Casino games available on PK65 Game are supplied by third-party game providers. The Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in Slots and table games are independently certified to ensure fair outcomes. PK65 Game does not modify game outcomes in any way.

Live Casino streams featuring real dealers are provided in real time. Occasional interruptions due to network issues may occur. Weekly cashback is calculated based on your net losses during the preceding week and credited every Monday with no wagering requirements attached. If you have no net losses in a given week, no cashback is paid for that period — this applies to all VIP tiers.

VIP tier status is reviewed on a monthly basis. If your wagering activity falls below the threshold for your current tier, your tier may be adjusted downward at the next review. You will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.

PK65 Game reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages and associated benefits at any time. Any changes will be communicated to active VIP members at least seven days before taking effect.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK65 Game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and are subject to reversal.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions — including placing hedged bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds.
